![]() City Square ProgramRegina Downtown provides facilitation and promotional support for local art, culture and sport organizations to host free, drop-in events and activities in City Square. From yoga to children's programming, and from frisbee to art, culture, and dance, we've got something to keep you busy downtown six days a week! Note: There will be no programming August 6 to 12 to accommodate the Regina Folk Festival. Mondays YogaFlow with Genevieve Hoeber. Mondays July 8 to August 26 12:00pm-1:00pm. Victoria Park Join us for a faster-paced yoga that can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress. Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat! Tuesdays Exploration Days in the Park for Kids. Tuesdays May 28 to August 27. 9:30am to 10:30am. Victoria Park. Join us for fun and discovery with a different partner every week! Appropriate for ages 3 to 12. Registration required. All sessions are currently full with no more spots remaining. Includes Athletics, Aquatics, Basketball, Badminton, Football, Golf, Horse Shoes, Lawn Bowls, Rugby, Soccer, Tennis & Volleyball. Each session will feature different summer sports. The program will consist of a making a craft, a themed tour of SSHF, playing sports and games in Victoria Park and cooling off with a sporty drink. This program is geared towards children ages 5-10. Registration is limited to 20 children per session so register early to guarantee your space. Chess games and lessons facilitated by the Regina Chess Club. No experience is required, and beginners and experts are welcome.

June 7 - Clown: Taking a basic prop and exploring it from the grossly hilarious world of clowning. June 14 - Cold Reading: A run through of the drills and techniques used to start making choices on day one of a new script. June 21 - Voice: A collection of voice/singing warm ups and skills that will help uncover the big voice you didn't know you had. June 28 - Improv: The world of "Yes!". Looking at offers and accepting them from all angles: verbally, physically, emotionally, etc. Saturdays Culture on the Plaza with the Regina Multicultural Council.
