SERVICEFriendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, our Ambassadors walk the streets of the heart of our city and make themselves available to residents and visitors who have questions about anything and everything “Downtown”.
Ask one of our Ambassadors. They pride themselves in being the go-to source for residents, visitors and other patrons of Downtown Regina. You’ll likely spot them with their new “Info on the Go” kiosk at various Downtown locations. SAFETYAmbassadors also serve as “additional eyes and ears” for the Regina Police Service by keeping an eye out for situations that may cause discomfort to the public or that can be risks to the security of the public, Downtown businesses and public property. They engage in preventative measures and mediation techniques to address downtown safety concerns with the aim of resolving issues before they require further attention. Our Ambassadors are also available to provide Safe Walks within the Downtown area for anyone who requests the service. COURTESYDuring the summer months, our Ambassadors are an important fixture in Regina’s Downtown. In addition to their regular duties, you will also see them offer assistance and a helping hand wherever possible – whether it's holding doors open for Downtown patrons or aiding the Clean Team by keeping our neighbourhood litter free.
