Carlos Pinto from Mexico has skated multiple times at Victoria Park rink while he is working in Regina. Whether teaching some of our younger visitors how to juggle, encouraging and offering tips to beginner skaters, or talking with others in the warming hut – our ambassadors always appreciate his joyful and warm hearted personality.
