Downtown Regina has over 7,200 public stalls available on surface lots and parkades.

Downtown is home to the most inexpensive parking of all major Canadian cities.

Meters are $2 per hour and most parkades are about $15 a day. Evening and weekends are also great times to visit downtown. Monday to Friday evenings between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. are FREE and so are all day Saturdays and Sundays (PLEASE NOTE a two hour time limit is enforced).

Have an issue with a meter? Note the meter number and contact the City of Regina at 306-777-7000. Meter numbers are located on the street side of each meter.

Monthly parking is often an affordable alternative for people working downtown. For example, a monthly rate of $200 works out to $10 per day. Click here for a list of monthly parking lots available downtown.

When parking on the street, don’t forget buses need love too. Bus lane enforcement is in effect between 7-8:30 a.m. and 3:30-5:30 p.m.
