PAYBYPHONE
Paid on-street parking in downtown Regina has begun a transition to PayByPhone as the only payment option.
Prepaid parking vouchers are available for residents who prefer not to use PayByPhone or do not have a smartphone.
Starting April 1, 2026, on-street parking vouchers can be purchased at City Hall in packs of five for $13.75.
GET A REGINA DOWNTOWN GIFT CARD
The Regina Downtown Gift Card can be used at over 100 businesses downtown.
The Regina Downtown Business Improvement District (RDBID) is an organization that provides a range of business and community services to promote and enhance downtown Regina, to improve conditions for businesses operating in the district, and to improve the quality of life for those who shop, work, live and play downtown.
