Winter Film Shorts Festival with RIFFA 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
A film festival that features short comedic films, curated by Regina International Film Festival And Awards (RIFFA). The festival will be played on an hour loop.

Frost Art Walk 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Walk around the Downtown Hub and enjoy artwork curated from local artists.

Snow Sculptures 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Partnered with Creative City Centre six snow sculptures will be carved onsite by local artists.

Frost After Dark 9:00 pm – Late
After the Downtown hub closes, check out local bars for more live entertainment.

Igloo Construction Competition 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Partnered with the Design Council of Saskatchewan, come watch selected teams construct igloos, representing the theme of Warmth.

Indigenous Dance and Storytelling 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Join the Regina Public Library at Frost Regina for an interactive round dance and to learn about the history of the drum with Mother Teresa Middle School Buffalo Boys and First Nation Youth Dancers.

Defrost the Block with Creative City Centre 3:00 pm – 6pm
Join Geanna Dunbar and Cat Abenstein for a fun afternoon of generative writing by the campfire. Drop in, all ages welcome.
