Mole is a traditional Mexican sauce from the Central and South Eastern regions. It has many ingredients, such as dried chillies, Mexican chocolate, roasted vegetables and a variety of spices.
We’ve chosen this dish because our head chef is born and raised in Mexico. We will also be featuring an entirely Mexican dinner menu for the month of September.
